Currently, he is Division Director and member of the Management Committee, in Spain, of the multinational Altran, with extensive experience in positions of responsibility within firms of international prestige, such as EY and Capgemini. Especially focused on the Insurance and Finance industries, and more particularly in the Health field, it is strongly oriented to strategy, innovation and digital transformation.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, Javier de la Lama also participates as a partner and advisor in entrepreneurship and innovation activities, including the launch of <em>startups<\/em> linked to sustainability and digital business acceleration (AIZINK and RATEANDGRADE, among others).<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The Health Commission was created with the main objective of working and promoting the achievement of significant challenges for the sector, facilitating and promoting the interaction between its main actors, through the application of new models of collaboration and innovation,&#8221; explains Javier de la Lama.<\/p>\n<p>All this, pivoting on two key elements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To promote the treatment of issues of a marked social, technological and financial nature, such as patient rights, digitalization, new patterns of use or the concept of <em>Fintech for health<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>To incorporate as participants companies and professionals who work actively in the development and value contributed to the market and society in general.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For the president of the cluster Madrid Capital Fintech (MADFintech), &#8220;the Health sector has faced this difficult year due to the consolidation of telemedicine and in the coming years will continue to advance in its digitalization in a process of reinvention that is also at the base of the reinvention of financial services&#8221;.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2>Challenges of the MADFinTech Health Commission<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>The Health Commission will address the identification and analysis of <strong>those factors<\/strong> that respond to the changes and new needs of <strong>companies<\/strong>, <strong>public bodies<\/strong> and the <strong>Spanish population<\/strong>as a whole.
